R.21-11-014 - Order Instituting Rulemaking to Implement Senate Bill 1014-the California Clean Miles Standard Program

The Consumer Protection & Enforcement Division staff will hold a public workshop on the California Clean Miles Standard (R.21-11-014). The all-day workshop will include panels, presentations, and breakout group discussions covering funding and financing zero emission vehicles, low- and moderate-income drivers and communities, regulatory framework, and GHG Reduction Plans. The workshop is an opportunity for open discussion on the Clean Miles Standard, and anyone interested in the proceeding is welcome to participate. Please see below for the Workshop Agenda.
