The CPUC will hold virtual public forums for customers of small water utilities to offer input about the revenue and rate base changes proposed for each company. The "Small Water Utilities" are San Gabriel Valley Water Company, Great Oaks Water Company (Great Oaks), Suburban Water Systems (Suburban), and Park Water Corp. and Apple Valley Ranchos Water Corp. (Liberty).
Customers can also make their voice heard in the proceedings, and read the comments of others, on the proceeding’s Docket Card comment section:

- Wait times depend on the number of speakers in the public comment queue. During times of high call volumes, wait times will be longer. The operator will call on you when it is your turn to speak.
- Public officials wishing to speak at the public forums should provide the telephone operator with their name, title, and governmental entity.
