Sasha Goldberg

Sasha Goldberg serves as Chief of Staff to Commissioner Harada. She joined the Commissioner's office from the Administrative Law Judge Division, where she spent a decade overseeing proceedings involving energy, water, transportation, telecommunications, natural gas, and expedited complaint matters before the Commission.  From 2022 to 2024, Sasha served as an advisor to Commissioner John Reynolds, providing legal and policy guidance on a broad range of Commission matters.  Prior to her career as an ALJ, Sasha worked on the Intervenor Compensation team within the ALJ Division. Sasha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.  Sasha is based in the Commission’s Los Angeles Office.
