Pilar Manriquez

Pilar Manriquez has been with the CPUC since 2020 and currently serves Commissioner Harada’s office as Deputy Chief of Staff. She supports the CPUC through collaboration and organizational efforts to better assist and support California ratepayers. Pilar is a candidate at UC Berkeley’s Master of Public Affairs and is passionate about advocating for under resourced communities and improving environmental outcomes.

On her free time, she enjoys the chemistry of cooking, picking up a good book, and enjoying time in nature.
